AVATAR is one of the oldest and yet most constant romanian metal bands. Since 1996, when Avatar was born, they kept re-inventing theirselves, in order to deliver on the eastern-european metal market the highest qualitative products. They evolved from an technical experimental death metal composed on their first demos to a very powerful melodic death metal. Because Avatar simply wants the best, they did an important step for an eastern metal band. They strongly invested in the quality of their new release, “Subjects Of The Same Suffering” (SSS), hiring the best romanian recording engineer Marius Costache (Satanochio, Cap De Craniu, Necrovile, H8), one of the high rated western engineers TUE MADSEN (Heaven Shall Burn, The Haunted, Aborted, Dark Tranquillity, Behemoth, Cataract, Ektomorf etc) and the greatest eastern metal designer Costin Chioreanu of Twilight13media studio (Grave, Ulver, Aura Noir, Psyopus, Absu).
