Unbidden - Slaughtering The Vile EP (2010)

From the land of the duck-tolling retriever come Unbidden who on first glance of the album art I figured this to be a black metal band, but was wrong.
We're also going to write this review based on me judging the band from this picture. We'll assume mr chain wallet is their vocalist who really wants to take the band to the top but their goofy bassist sitting next to him just wants to party. Their guitarist (front most)prolly hates when the vocalist and bassist argue about how brootal they are. I'm sure their long haired drummer in the back is a very nice guy that has a labrador at home. Guy standing in back is here for the chicks.
Death metal act from canadia (NS) that have a 'new old' school sound to them. Instrumentally they have a swedish twinge to them but also creep along NYDM*. Vocally is where I'm truly split, I can't really get behind the grunts and bellow vox, but I do like the harsh rasp.
I'll borrow from tid and say "let the music decide" or something about "telling me how you feel" on it.
