Okay so this is the lamest band name I've stumbled upon lately, but.. we'll not judge them for that.
Brutal Death band from France ... wait, you guys ever notice in virtually every review you always find us telling you where the bands from? Does that really matter? Do you french readers get all excited when you read your home country and feel like you have to download?
While not the most unique BDM release of the year, Insain gives a first release with promise. Production and overall sound is tight and cohesive and the way this album is mixed (or how I'm hearing it at 3am) gives it a lil more but may detract to some. The drumming is quite high and punchy in the mix which i feel supports the march of vocals very well.
The guitars play backseat on this album though, or at least even with the bass. The bass is quite clear on this album which I'm undecided if I like or not, it adds to the guitars, but I feel like I'd want to hear them more clearly.
Hm.- Quality: v2
